Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Strategist to lead our project team in creating innovative solutions for various industries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills to articulate design concepts, reasoning, and solutions convincingly.

This role requires an individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organisation and external clients to drive experience innovation and excellence in product and service design.

The User Experience Strategist will work on all stages of the user experience journey, from product idea inception to prototype development and testing with diverse user bases.

About the Role:

  • Lead the UX capability within the project team
  • Drive discovery, research, and data synthesis to identify critical user insights
  • Foster workshops for co-design and ideation with stakeholders
  • Communicate ideas effectively to shape customer and organisational impact
  • Design, wireframe, prototype, validate, and test product solutions

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of prior work as an Experience Design Lead in an agency/consulting practice or public sector
  • Excellent grounding in User Experience methods and creative problem-solving
  • Strong skills in facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in qualitative/quantitative user research and analytics
  • Expertise in customer journey mapping and user flows
