Profitability and Pricing Specialist

This role focuses on leveraging analytical skills to drive business outcomes by ensuring that pricing strategies and margin management are aligned with the company's objectives across all business units.

Key responsibilities include providing support for the implementation of various marketing programs, conducting cost-benefit analysis to evaluate profitability, feasibility, and alignment, analysing and approving commercial initiatives, defining prices and margins for new models, preparing pricing templates and margin calculations, and tracking and managing discount reserves.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field
  • Committed, detail-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly and confidently convey complex metrics and analysis to internal teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative team member who thrives in a cross-functional environment
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, and experienced with financial and operational model building
