We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Data and Analytics initiatives, driving innovation and growth through strategic solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Managing Consultant, you'll lead the delivery of complex Data and Analytics projects, designing and developing high-quality business solutions to address client challenges and improve performance.

You'll take personal accountability for defined work assignments, manage client expectations, and leverage insights into client issues to design and deliver effective Data & Analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain complex data engineering solutions for data acquisition and preparation
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Lead medium to large projects, ensuring effective project control and risk management
  • Contribute to quality reviews for technical tasks and participate in proposal development
  • Build relationships with clients to support business development activities
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contributions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience linking and translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions
  • Data integration with a variety of data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data
  • Good skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design
  • A thorough technical understanding of leading-edge data and analytics technologies and development techniques, including Microsoft, Tableau, and/or Qlik
  • Experience in cloud Technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable)
  • Working closely with business users to design powerful visualisations and business intelligence reporting solutions
  • Strong track record in delivering client-facing projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Awareness of industry trends and methodologies
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field or relevant work experience
  • 7-10 years of broad IT experience, particularly in Data & Analytics
  • 7-10 years of experience leading Data & Analytics projects
