Accounts Receivable Officer Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team in a full-time, permanent capacity. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and receivables, ensuring timely invoicing and statement issuance, monitoring overdue accounts, and resolving disputes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end customer accounts and receivables processes.
- Raise accurate and timely invoices, and issue statements as required.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of outstanding debts.
- Accurately allocate and receipt payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and disputes promptly.
- Contribute to month-end reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Support the wider finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant Will Possess:
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Officer roles.
- A high degree of attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills and exposure to large ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) highly regarded.
