Join a professional team working as a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Officer that values reliability and is dedicated to continuous improvement in financial operations.
Your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for: Conducting credit checks Issuing customer invoices Allocating debtor payments Reviewing debtors and conducting collection calls Reconcile bank accounts daily Assisting with month-end close Assisting the finance team with other ad hoc tasks What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will meet the following requirements: Proven experience in accounts receivable, with professional debt collection skills and experience in opening new credit accounts Sound understanding of end-to-end processing of receivables for multiple companies Ability to follow tasks through to completion, prioritise and work to time frames Results driven with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team What you'll get in return In return for meeting the above objectives, you will be rewarded with: Onsite parking for convenience and ease of access Collaborative and friendly team Additional benefits such as free daily lunch and onsite coffee machine Annual Christmas parties to celebrate team achievements What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume, or call Jack Haley or email.
