About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team and provide exceptional services in the hardware and gardening departments to Bunnings stores in the Wagga Wagga region.

As a Field Representative, you'll work closely with our products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates, and Cabots to drive growth and success in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships
  • Order, merchandise, and stock products, including manual handling
  • Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and own initiative
