About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team and provide exceptional services in the hardware and gardening departments to Bunnings stores in the Wagga Wagga region.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our products across Dulux, Selleys, Yates, and Cabots to drive growth and success in the marketplace.

Your primary focus will be on delivering in-store visual merchandising services aligned with our service level agreements, as well as supporting, training, and delivering in-store projects.

You'll be an in-store ambassador for our business, building strong relationships with both Bunnings and DuluxGroup teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships
  • Order, merchandise, and present stock (including manual handling)
  • Maintain in-store displays
  • Ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives

Requirements
  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong time management, prioritization skills, and own initiative
