Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Field Representative to provide in-store services for Bunnings stores in the Wagga Wagga region, representing our Dulux, Cabot's, Selleys, and Yates brands.

About the Role:

This autonomous position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, with comprehensive training and development programs available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships
  • Order, merchandise, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
  • Maintain in-store displays
  • Ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives

Requirements:
  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
