About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for delivering in-store visual merchandising services, maintaining key customer relationships, and ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships
  • Order, merchandise, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
  • Maintain in-store displays
  • Ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assist with major planogram initiatives

Requirements
  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
