Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients with exceptional insurance and risk management services.
  • Contribute to the growth of the portfolio by identifying revenue enhancement opportunities.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities of the portfolio through accurate, efficient and timely responses to day-to-day queries and policy documentation.
  • Work closely with colleagues and senior management to develop client servicing solutions.
  • Keep clients informed of emerging trends, market updates and new products.
