Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of medium to large accounts within our Corporate practice.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving revenue and expense budgets. You will also manage client accounts end-to-end, support the Managing Principal, and mentor junior colleagues, including Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance principles and practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed revenue and expense targets
  • Mentor junior colleagues and support the Managing Principal
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tier 1 qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of large commercial and corporate accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent client service skills
