Clarity Partners, a global insurance brokerage with established operations in Perth, is seeking a Client Account Executive to join its Commercial team.
In this role, you will work alongside senior brokers to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while building strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day servicing of a diverse client portfolio in collaboration with your senior broker.
- Manage renewal prioritisation, inbox tasks, and weekly pipeline reviews.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Assist with claims management and policy documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional and timely communication.
- Contribute to client meetings by preparing relevant materials and following up on action items.
- A minimum 2 years' experience in insurance broking, ideally within SME – Commercial accounts.
- Tier 1 accreditation highly regarded.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Experience working with corporate clients and understanding their insurance needs.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to grow professionally and expand your industry knowledge.
- Work with a global brokerage with established operations in Perth.
