Leadership Role: Housekeeping

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational elements of housekeeping.
  • Supervise, direct, and evaluate the work of the housekeeping team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Orientate and train new team members on departmental standards and expectations.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people leadership, preferably in a housekeeping setting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in housekeeping, either in hotels, hospitals, or senior living facilities.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent educational qualification.
