ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about cleanliness and hospitality? Ozone Services Group is seeking several experienced Housekeeping Coordinators to work with our partner hotels in Sydney CBD, NSW. You will be responsible for receiving and coordinating information between guests, employees, staff, and other hotel departments. You will be required to action requests from staff and employees as well as undertake clerical duties within the housekeeping department.

GENERAL DUTIES :
  • Prepare daily work allocations for Room Attendants, ensuring correct credits and coverage.
  • Maintain tasks such as the housekeeping phone log, queue rooms, daily reports, maintenance requests, and lost property enquiries.
  • Update room status and communicate effectively with Supervisors, Front Desk, and Rooms Controller. Ensure priority rooms are released timely.
  • Handle guest complaints according to procedures, inform the Executive Housekeeper, and follow up on issues.
  • Manage the Lost and Found system, logging and storing items properly.
  • Keep an organized filing system for daily reports and other documentation.
  • Perform clerical duties, including liaising with the Post Office for guest parcels.

ABOUT YOU

You will have previous hospitality experience, a passion for service, attention to detail, and professionalism. Requirements include:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2-3 years' experience in a hotel environment
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and manage priorities
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety practices
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays
  • Police check and valid work rights in Australia
