Portfolio Manager Role

The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of property-related administrative tasks across The Integrated Investment Portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  2. Accurate data input of all lease-related information and collation of associated documentation, achieving >95% data accuracy in source systems.">
  3. Monthly review of Tenancy Schedules for accuracy of all lease information contained in source system and update as necessary, achieving 100% accuracy of data quality.">
  4. Performing monthly rent up and invoicing responsibilities for assets (contractual, sundry charges, Casual Mall Leasing licenses).">
  5. Reviewing all monthly rental tax invoices for accuracy and ensuring all rental increases have been processed.">
  6. Reviewing and processing independent and casual mall leasing adjustments (refunds, reversals etc).">
  7. Completing all lease outgoing adjustments/estimates and rent reviews for assets in accordance with lease requirements and relevant state legislation.">
  8. Production of general lease-related correspondence to tenants and asset teams.">
  9. Reviewing and managing lease-related documentation (leases, bank guarantees, insurance certificates).">
  10. Reviewing and reconciling independent and casual mall leasing debtors accounts.">
  11. Ensuring arrears collection commentary is regularly maintained with progress reports of any matters reported to Asset Management Teams (including credit control teams).">
  12. Managing daily receipting (including unallocated cash).">
  13. Driving engagement with internal stakeholders to gather functional business requirements.">
  14. Conducting and facilitating lease audits.">
  15. Raising work and purchase orders for N/R costs.">

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise effectively. A proactive and self-motivated approach, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are essential for this role.
