About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Asset Management team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge, where you will be responsible for the facilities management of a prime commercial asset. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and monitoring all operations and maintenance of the property
  • Familiarity and monitoring of correct operation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire services and other systems and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational processes
  • Participating in and managing site specific audits and risks reports
  • Closing out work orders and purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Contractor management, including tendering of services where applicable
  • Managing tenant work order maintenance requests
  • Providing clear and concise written recommendations on capital replacements or upgrades
  • Assisting the Property Manager to prepare annual operating expense and capital expenditure budgets
  • Reporting and documentation in line with client and organisational procedures

  • Previous experience in a Facilities Management role
  • Experience across retail or commercial assets is favourable
