We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Porter Valet to join our team, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
As a Porter Valet, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a seamless experience from check-in to departure, providing exceptional service and attention to detail at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Directing vehicle traffic on property to maintain a smooth flow of traffic
- Parking and retrieving guest cars from designated areas
- Supplying guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and services
- Assisting with luggage transportation and storage
- Responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
