About This Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the position of Porter, serving as the first point of contact for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver amenities and other items to guest rooms
  • Greet every guest and provide exceptional customer service
  • Valet park guest cars
  • Maintain the cleanliness standards of the Hotel driveway
  • Support with various projects as requested by Shift Leaders and Managers during peak periods

Requirements:

  • Organized, proactive and enjoys working with the public and in a team environment
  • Able to work on a rotating roster including weekends and holidays, early morning, evening, and occasional overnight shifts
  • Holds a valid manual driver's license
  • Has completed a WA RSA and AHA Hospitality & Tourism covid-19 hygiene course prior to commencement
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Familiarity with manual handling procedures is advantageous
