The Role:

We're looking for passionate and service-focused individuals to join our team as Bell Services Attendants.

As a Bell Services Attendant, you'll be the face of Crown Perth – greeting guests with genuine warmth, assisting with luggage, explaining room features, and valet parking vehicles.

Every interaction is an opportunity to create a joyful and memorable experience.

This role offers a dynamic blend of Porter and Valet Attendant duties, perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

We have two Part-Time options available.

In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and care
  • Ensure smooth arrivals and departures through efficient luggage handling and valet service
  • Provide expert knowledge of hotel amenities and services
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and guest satisfaction

About You:

You'll bring the following:

  • A reliable and trustworthy attitude
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills

To Be Successful:

  • A current Australian Driver's License (no Learner or Provisional plates)
