Job Overview

This role is designed to support the Member Experience Uplift program on a maximum term contract basis. The Senior Manager, Insurance Operations will leverage their expertise to ensure initiatives across the Program comply with regulatory reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A thorough understanding of insurance operations in superannuation, including legislative and regulatory requirements (including CPS250 and ASIC Report 806)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across the organization, including Board and Executive level
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ideally, experience working on projects and/or enterprise-wide programs

The successful candidate will be comfortable taking accountability but know when to escalate. They will be passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions and driving positive impacts for members.
