Electrical Specialist RoleAbout the Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Specialist to fill a key role in our engineering team.

  • Conduct electrical system construction and assembly, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Troubleshoot industrial control systems and complex electrical networks to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide technical support for the installation of new electrical equipment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematic drawings, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex information.
  • Produce high-quality electrical diagrams using CAD software, applying attention to detail and technical expertise.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate or Diploma in Higher Engineering Trade.
  • 10+ years' proven experience in electrical field, design, commissioning and maintenance of control systems.
  • Holds a current NSW Electrical Licence.
  • A results-driven approach, prioritizing employee and customer well-being.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to resolve complex issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Intermediate level PLC and HMI software skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial sensors and signalling technologies.
  • Advanced electronic skills - PCB assembly, troubleshooting, circuit drawing interpretation.
