Electrical Systems Specialist

As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and contribute to the larger team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Construction and assembly of electrical panels.
  • Troubleshooting of motor control systems and industrial PLC control systems.
  • Providing support for the installation of new electrical equipment.
  • Reading and working from electrical schematic drawings.
  • Producing electrical drawings on CAD.

In this role, you will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Higher Engineering Trade.
  • 10+ years' proven experience in electrical field, design, and commissioning control systems.
  • Current NSW Electrical Licence.
  • A safety-first approach.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Basic to intermediate level PLC and HMI software skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial sensors and signalling.
  • Electronic skills – PCB assembly, troubleshooting, circuit drawing interpretation.
