As a Technical Solutions Analyst, your primary goal is to resolve complex issues efficiently. To achieve this, you will use your analytical skills and knowledge to investigate and resolve account-based problems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Resolving queries from various areas of the organization
  • Raising and implementing enhancements, process improvements, and coaching across the business
  • Developing test cases and performing testing on proposed restorations prior to implementation in the production environment
  • Performing post-implementation verification testing to ensure the restoration was deployed correctly to the production environment
  • Documenting relevant processes and procedures and sharing them with the team

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have strong communication skills.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Sound knowledge of superannuation legislation and regulations
  • Experience in SQL and/or Acurity report writer and various Microsoft suites (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and work autonomously
  • Ability to work within a commercially sensitive environment and maintain confidentiality
