Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Software Implementation Specialist who will work closely with clients and their stakeholders to scope out functional requirements for our Timegate product.

The successful candidate will have experience in Time and Attendance (T&A), Workforce Management, and/or Payroll systems, and possess excellent organisational, communication, demonstration, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical consultancy services to customers achieving operational outcomes and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Implementation of software in line with the contract and statement of work.
  • Analyse and understand non-functional technical requirements ensuring that all products and services meet these requirements and are supportable.
  • Clarify client specifications, understand their work practices, and configure the software accordingly.
  • Support the customer through business change using technology and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a business-related field is desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience conducting software implementations in SaaS businesses.
  • Experience in training clients on new processes and software.
  • Knowledge of the Cleaning, Facilities Management, and/or Security industries is advantageous.
