Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of managed services and the needs of small and mid-tier clients.

The successful candidate will combine solid technical knowledge and experience in IT systems with a passion for genuine customer service and pre-sales consulting. They will be responsible for delivering solutions to multiple end customers and collaborating with our service desk, field techs, and engineering teams.
