Skills & Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven line leadership experience in logistics or heavy industrial organisations.
  • Safeworking Theory Qualification.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team coaching, safety management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in workforce development and succession planning.
  • Knowledge of train control operations, planning, and safe working systems.
