Job Description

We're looking for an experienced shift leader or someone with management experience in casual dining or similar to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a leader in our restaurants, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to set the standard and pace, coaching, inspiring, and growing. You'll be responsible for running restaurants brilliantly, serving up high-quality food, and making every customer feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Team Members from all walks of life
  • Run restaurants brilliantly, serving up high-quality food and making every customer feel welcome
  • Work with all ingredients on the Nando's menu, obtaining and holding appropriate certifications
  • Lead by example, living Nando's core values in your day-to-day life
  • Problem-solve, thinking outside the box to find solutions that deliver great results for restaurants, customers, and team members

Requirements
  • Experience in shift leadership or management in casual dining or similar
  • Bucket-load of passion to inspire, motivate, and engage your team
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passion for running restaurants brilliantly and serving up high-quality food
  • Leader-by-example who lives Nando's core values in their day-to-day life
