Restaurant Operations Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring seamless execution of our menu and services.
- Manage key performance indicators, including financial and rostering metrics, to drive business growth.
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for food and restaurant operations, and fostering a positive, can-do attitude within the team.
ZSG Restaurant Manager's Skills & Experience
- A highly motivated and natural leader, with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- A passion for food and restaurant operations, with a strong understanding of quality produce and responsible sourcing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 2 years' experience (preferably in a similar role).
