We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Nando's. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles.
