Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We're looking for an experienced shift leader or someone with management experience in casual dining or similar. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to set the standard and pace, coaching, inspiring, and growing. You'll help Nandocas (our staff) be the very best they can be - inside and outside of Nando's.

Requirements
  • An experienced shift leader or someone with management experience in casual dining or similar.
  • A bucket-load of passion to inspire, motivate, and engage your team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A people-focused individual, who loves to coach, mentor, and develop Team Members from all walks of life.
  • A passion for running restaurants brilliantly - serving up high-quality food and making every customer feel welcome.
