Transforming Regulatory Systems is a complex and multifaceted role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic System Enhancements: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the effective administration of regulatory systems, ensuring compliance with information management requirements through robust planning and execution.
  • Data Management Expertise: Manage projects and activities to develop, collect, store, extract, analyze, report, and maintain complex data sets, utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques to drive business value.
  • Business Intelligence Solutions: Research and monitor user needs across the Regulatory Authority and stakeholders, assessing business requirements and developing effective business processes through improvements in information systems, management, practices, and procedures.
  • Contemporary Software Solutions: Support the use of contemporary information management and business intelligence software and solutions to present and distribute the department's data and statistics in an accessible format for distribution to internal and external clients.
  • Regulatory Systems Issues Resolution: Resolve complex regulatory systems issues and incidents, escalating matters as needed through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
