We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator/Estimator to join our team in North Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a bespoke architectural builder and developer, producing high-end residential projects in the local market.

About the Role

As a Contracts Administrator/Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing tender trade packages, assessing quotations, and managing budgets. You will also liaise with clients, coordinate procurement, and keep accurate records of project documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Tender Trade Packages: Prepare all relevant documents for projects, including scope of works, drawings, and specifications.
  • Quotation Assessment: Assess quotations, negotiate with sub-contractors, and analyse risks involved with specific contract terms.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, monitor cost forecasts, and prepare detailed reports of cash flows.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, track variations, provide weekly progress reports, and manage RFI submittals.
  • Procurement: Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of all project documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideally 3-4 years as a Contracts Administrator or Estimator within the residential building or development sector.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of construction methodologies.
