Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our business-wide transformation program.

This is an 18-month contract opportunity that requires your expertise in defining, planning and delivering broad-ranging transformation.

  • Business Analysis Support: Provide support to operational units by analyzing business needs and developing solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to drive uplift across the business by identifying opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to implement change.
  • Process Mapping: Lead process mapping and documentation of requirements to ensure clear understanding of business processes.
  • Guidelines Development: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other guides to support business operations.

Success as a Business Analyst demands proven experience working on complex programs and projects. Your skills should include:
