Job Description

Embark on a challenging opportunity to spearhead business-to-business (B2B) transformation efforts, crafting innovative solutions that redefine how organisations interact with developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualisation and execution of initiatives within the B2B transformation workstream, spanning from planning through delivery.
  • Provide visionary leadership to ensure solutions are commercially robust, transparent, and stakeholder-centric.
  • Manage initiative leads, consultants, and cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for segmentation, service design, case management, and commercial models.
  • Oversee reporting, resource allocation, and program integration to ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational, legislative, and ethical frameworks.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in programme/project management and transformation delivery within complex environments.
  • Proven experience in a B2B service environment, with a strong understanding of business tools, analytics, and relationship/account management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Programme/Project Management (desirable).
  • Understanding of segmentation models, commercial frameworks, and government or infrastructure planning (desirable).
  • Experience in capability building within a transformation or organisational change context (desirable).
