About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an Early Childhood Coordinator to coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of early childhood programs and activities in our community.
  • The successful candidate will liaison with families, schools, and community partners to understand and address the unique needs of children and families served.
  • This role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant databases and contributing to the continuous improvement of our early childhood services through data analysis and feedback.
  • The coordinator will also represent our organization at stakeholder meetings and events.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
  • Experience working with children up to age 7 is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging effectively with children, families, and community partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are required for multitasking and prioritization.
  • Commitment to our values and mission is vital.
  • Previous experience in creating start-up programs is highly desirable.
