The Intensive Education Support Professional works collaboratively to deliver support and intervention services for students at risk of disengagement from education.
About The PositionThis role requires building effective partnerships with stakeholders, government agencies, families, education providers, and other key groups.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver support services, provide intervention initiatives, and manage educational programs for students at risk or already disengaged.
- Establish partnerships to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement.
- Implement best practice case management strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Understanding the impact of disability on education and evidence-based practices to support inclusivity.
- Experience working with diverse cultural backgrounds, including First Nations communities and families.
- Experience supporting young people with varied support needs.
