We are seeking an experienced peri anaesthetic nurse to join our Day Surgery team at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care for all patients requiring dental care in the Day Surgery Unit from pre-admission through to discharge.
About This OpportunityThis is a rare permanent part-time opportunity for motivated Registered Nurses to join our Day Surgery Unit team at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. You will have the chance to further develop your nursing skills and experience in a fast-paced environment with a friendly team.
Responsibilities- You will be responsible for providing quality nursing care for all patients requiring dental care in the Day Surgery Unit from pre-admission through to discharge.
- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse, Division 1.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in peri anaesthetic nursing.
- Experience in caring for paediatric and specialist needs patients is desirable.
- An up-to-date Victorian Employee Working with Children's Check.
- A competitive salary of approximately AU$120,000 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience.
- A 4-day work week—Monday to Thursday—to promote a healthy work-life balance.
- RN hourly rate paid up to Grade 2, Year 8.
