Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Perioperative Nurse – Anaesthetics/PACU to join our team at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. As a key member of our Day Surgery Unit, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients undergoing dental procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care throughout the perioperative period, from pre-admission to discharge.
- Work closely with clinicians and dental assistants to ensure seamless procedural support.
- Participate in medical responses and contribute to a safe and efficient operating environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse (Div. 1) with AHPRA.
- Postgraduate qualification in Anaesthetics/Recovery nursing (preferred).
- Two years of experience working in Anaesthetics and PACU.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
