About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Territory Manager to join our Joint Replacement division in Toowoomba, QLD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share through negotiation, customer focus, and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Customer Support and Education: Provide clinical and technical insights to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Territory Management: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
  • Problem Resolution: Address product issues and concerns, utilizing your knowledge and resourcefulness to find effective solutions.
  • Operating Room Presence: Collaborate with surgeons and theatre staff to optimize the application of Stryker products, ensuring seamless integration and improved patient outcomes.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance of product inventory, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
