  • Encouraging and motivating clients to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment, leading to positive outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is recorded, documented, and compliant with requirements; and
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Customer service or client-facing experience;
  • Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and make placements resulting in sustainable employment;
  • Desire to be part of a broader team that believes in connecting people and business for mutual success; and
  • Current Drivers Licence.
