Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead the dairy/frozen foods department, ensuring exceptional customer service and product presentation.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers on-the-job training and mentoring to support career growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandising displays, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Partner with the team to achieve store goals, promote a positive work environment, and foster open communication.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to food safety, workplace health and safety, and cash handling.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a strong track record of improving sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early and late shifts, as well as alternate weekends.
  • Physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout the shift.
