Job Title: Dairy/Freezer Team Leader

To thrive in a fast-paced environment as a Dairy/Freezer Team Leader is to take on a challenging yet rewarding role that demands exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the dairy/freezer department and developing your team to ensure high standards of customer service and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth and maintain optimal stock levels, merchandising, and attention to detail.
  • Partner with colleagues to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.
  • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and support team members' growth.
  • E nsure compliance with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, WHS and Food Safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Showcase a proven track record of successful stock management with skills in planning, merchandising, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate energy, initiative, and a positive mindset with a love of working with food and people.
  • Show flexibility to work full-time on a rotating roster across trading hours.
  • Display in-depth knowledge of retail operations and physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout the shift.
