OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Dairy/Freezer Team Leader to join our amazing Longford team on a full-time basis

Responsibilities- Lead and develop the dairy/freezer department, ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.
- Maintain stock levels, merchandising, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Partner with the team to meet store goals and provide a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and support team members' growth.
- Ensure compliance with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, WHS and Food Safety standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills that inspire and engage your team.
- Strong stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising, and attention to detail.
- Energy, initiative and a positive mindset, with a genuine love of working with food and people (both customers and team members).
- Flexibility to work full-time on a rotating roster across trading hours, including some early and late shifts, plus alternate weekends.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, WHS and Food Safety compliance.
- Physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout your shift.

PayPay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award. The 2025-26 base hourly pay rates for level 4 team leaders are:
- Weekdays $28.12
- Saturday $35.15
- Sunday $42.18
- Public Holidays $63.27
Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts. Please view the full Award for all applicable rates and allowances.
