Sales and Event Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Event Strategist to drive sales and exceed targets for our event spaces.
Main Responsibilities- Proactively identify new business opportunities in corporate, association, government, and entertainment markets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and sales teams to generate leads and increase revenue.
- Apply strategic yield management to maximize profitability and stay ahead of competitors.
- Represent the venue at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions locally and interstate.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in convention sales, large events, or hospitality.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- CRM experience and a solid understanding of yield and revenue management principles.
