{"About the Role": "At ASG Group, we're seeking a seasoned Business Analysis professional to lead our strategic initiatives and drive digital transformation. As a Principal Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Partnering with our Consulting Sales and Capability Consulting teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities in the Business Analysis space
* Maintaining and managing account plans for key clients and providing insights for sales enablement
* Promoting our Business Analysis capability and creating sales leads through industry presence and thought leadership
* Providing pre-sales support for bids, tenders, and sales discussions, including proposal development and commercial terms
* Undertaking strategic planning and developing business plans for the Business Analysis capability

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 10+ years of experience in Consulting, with a track record of successful engagement delivery and leadership
* Ability to generate new business through targeted business development strategies
* Superior client management and pre-sales skills
* Extensive experience working in the Business Analysis space
* Excellent understanding of client needs and ASG Group's delivery requirements
* Strong networks within the Sydney market
* Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
* Excellent commercial acumen and financial management skills
