Job Title: Business Analysis Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Solution Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maturing and accelerating business analysis capability within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thought leadership in advancing our organisation's current and future thinking of the business analysis domain.
  • Apply design thinking and customer-centric techniques to ensure customer needs are forefront.
  • Lead the Business Analysis Practice, including the development, implementation, and maintenance of tools, policy, standards, framework, and processes pertinent to the business analysis discipline.
  • Deliver the Business Analysis Development Program, including planning, developing, and executing a training curriculum for business analysts.
  • Quality assure BA deliverables and coach individuals and teams regarding any quality issues identified.
  • Support with identifying, attracting, and recruiting high-calibre talent.
  • Lead large-scale Inception and Discovery workshops to define scope and identify high-level requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a Lead or Senior Business Analyst role with a strong technical background.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Lead/Senior BA on large-scale and complex projects from conception to implementation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of agile, modern business analysis, and design methodologies.
  • Embodies an Agile Business Analysis mindset, with a solid understanding and application of design thinking and process optimisation.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills and effective communication skills.
Desirable
  • Finance industry experience.
  • Experience in working in a Domain Driven Design environment.
