Job Role Summary

This position is responsible for facilitating effective communication between the company and the investment community.

  • Support senior finance professionals during meetings with analysts and investors, ensuring accurate records of attendees and follow-up actions are maintained.
  • Organize logistical arrangements for office-based activities, take detailed notes during interactions, and provide updated attendee lists to the IR team for entry into their CRM system.
  • Collect market feedback and news on the company's performance and broader industry trends, as well as relevant research from sell-side analysts, and summarize key findings for inclusion in the daily IR Update.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as an ambassador for the IR function.
  • Assist in drafting responses to inquiries from analysts, investors, and the general public, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
  • Contribute to the quarterly earnings process by conducting financial analysis, researching Q&A, and preparing additional materials as required.
  • Promote investor understanding through presentations and support general project initiatives, events, and other business activities.
