Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in mental health services, ensuring high-quality care and best practice standards.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Contribute to the development of research and education programs, ensuring the advancement of mental health knowledge and practice.
- Hold a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent qualification.
- Be registered with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration.
- Hold a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
