About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Psychiatrist to join our team at SA Health. As a Clinical Leader in Mental Health Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional mental health care to our consumers.

In this clinical leadership position, you will provide top-tier services, ensuring that your practice is safe, evidence-based, and consumer-focused. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, leading by example and fostering an environment of high standards in patient care.

As a Senior Medical Officer in Mental Health, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of mental health by teaching and supervising RANZCP registrars, trainee medical officers, and medical students. Your expertise will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research activities, ensuring continuous professional development and the advancement of mental health services.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Psychiatrist who is passionate about making a positive impact in mental health care. You will have a strong commitment to quality improvement and a high standard of clinical practice.

You will bring clinical experience in public mental health services, along with a background in supervision and quality improvement activities. You will also have strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
