Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist
Job Description:- Warmly greet patients and visitors, providing a positive first impression of the practice.
- Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, and private billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Provide administrative support to chiropractors and clinical staff as needed.
- Manage correspondence and general reception duties.
- Perform scanning, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Assist with light duties such as dusting and cleaning.
- Previous experience in a chiropractic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the chiropractic field.
- Competitive hourly rate: $32.18 - $34.74 per hour.
